Position Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Dishwasher and Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by maintaining cleanliness and assisting with food preparation. Key Responsibilities
As a Dishwasher and Prep Cook, you will:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen tools, equipment, and dishes.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cookware to meet health and safety standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
- Support the kitchen team in keeping the workspace clean and organized.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- 3 years of experience in a similar role within a kitchen environment.
- A strong understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move throughout your shift.
