Position OverviewThe Inside Sales Manager – Customer Success will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth, maximizing team performance, and creating a culture of excellence. In this role, you’ll lead a blended team of inbound sales representatives and client managers, ensuring retention and upsell opportunities while hitting aggressive revenue goals.
This is a fully onsite leadership role at our Naperville, IL headquarters
, offering the opportunity to directly influence Med Pro’s sales strategy, mentor future leaders, and make a measurable impact on our growth trajectory.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales and client management reps, fostering accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct weekly call coaching (via Gong) and regular pipeline reviews, ensuring team members are executing consultative sales approaches.
- Hire, onboard, and develop top sales talent to build a strong, future-ready team.
- Own monthly revenue targets across inbound, outbound, and account management sales teams.
- Develop accurate short-, mid-, and long-term sales forecasts in a high-volume environment.
- Track and analyze daily/weekly/monthly KPIs, presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Partner with client management teams to ensure renewals, cross-sells, and upsells are executed successfully.
- Monitor customer health metrics and address potential churn risks proactively.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Oversee call monitoring and quality assurance processes to ensure consistency in messaging and customer engagement.
- Create sales playbooks, scripts, and best practices for scaling success across the team.
- Leverage Salesforce, Gong, and reporting dashboards to drive transparency and accountability.
- Facilitate weekly sales and revenue meetings with team members and monthly strategic reviews with leadership.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and ROI.
- Represent the sales organization in cross-functional meetings with Marketing, Operations, and Executive leadership.
- 5+ years of proven sales experience with consistent revenue growth and quota achievement.
- 3+ years of leadership/management experience in inside sales, client success, or a call center environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), call coaching tools (Gong), and reporting dashboards.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to assess ROI of sales strategies and pivot when needed.
