Life as an Housekeeping Supervisor:

As an Housekeeping Supervisor with Superhost Hospitality at the Embassy Suites Naperville, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to exceptional cleanliness standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Housekeeping Manager in managing daily operations of the housekeeping department.
• Conducting inspections to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet or exceed cleanliness standards.
• Providing guidance and support to housekeeping staff, assisting in their training and development.
• Collaborating with other departments to address guest needs and maintain a positive environment.
• Upholding a high level of attention to detail to ensure a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our guests.
