Fidelity seeks a licensed Financial Consultant to work in a Naperville investor center advising existing clients face-to-face, creating comprehensive investment and retirement plans, and deepening relationships using the firm's support and product platform. The role requires FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or ability to obtain Series 66), strong relationship-building, presentation of complex solutions, and a client-centered, results-driven approach. Position is hybrid, offers training, benefits, and a base salary range of $60,000–$75,000 plus potential bonus and other compensation.

The Purpose of Your Role

Working in our Investor Center, you will engage face-to-face with your customers, offering guidance and personalized planning, while helping extend the reach of the firm's brand. We fully support you with an open architecture product platform and top resources in the financial industry, while you nurture relationships with an existing client base.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

• Previous success in building relationships, uncovering needs and recommending solutions

• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire

• Keen ability to present complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base while building rapport and credibility

• Degree and/or other professional certifications are helpful; if you do not already have a CFP or degree, our Tuition Reimbursement program can help you obtain one

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
