The Entry-Level Field Technician supports the installation, service, and maintenance of hydronic radiant heating systems across residential job sites in Northern California. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the skilled trades, learn from experienced technicians, and grow with a specialized heating company.
This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality installations, maintaining job-site professionalism, and supporting the company’s reputation for craftsmanship and reliability.

Responsibilities- Assist with the installation, service, and maintenance of hydronic radiant heating systems
- Travel to residential job sites throughout Northern California
- Support senior technicians with tools, materials, and job-site preparation
- Learn plumbing and HVAC systems through hands-on training
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Communicate clearly with team members regarding tasks and progress
- Strong interest in learning a skilled trade and building a long-term career
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site five days per week
- Willingness to travel frequently to job sites
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Plumbing or HVAC experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to Vallejo area
