Backstage Winery:
Backstage was born out of a deep love for family and wine. We grew up in a very Italian household, where wine was as essential on the dinner table. With strong opinions, values, and taste for high quality items, we set out to create just that. Thus, we created the Napa Valley version, an honest, high quality, great tasting wine that can be shared on the dinner table.

We are currently looking for a Part Time Hospitality Sales Associate at Backstage Winery with a background in customer service, wine knowledge (preferred), and truly enjoys talking and working with customers. As a Part Time Hospitality Sales Associate, you will be the main point of contact for our guests, so a polite, friendly, and energetic demeanor is a must.

• Educate guests on Backstage's history, wine portfolio, and winemaking practices in order to sell wine and create long-lasting customer relationships
• Input detailed and accurate data into our POS system for sales and leads
• Host various levels of tours, tastings, and guest experiences for both consumer and trade
• Assist with daily opening and closing duties including wine inventory
• Maintain cleanliness of the tasting room and other winery common areas
• Participate and assist with various winery events
• Attend and participate in tasting room meetings and other general winery meetings
• Participate in outbound/inbound phone sales and have a strong ability to close sales

• Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills
• Comfortable with public speaking, hosting both small and larger groups
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
• Work as a team in a courteous and respectful manner at all times
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be able to lift 42 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
• Part-Time, this job is for Friday, Saturday, some Sundays

$22/hr plus tips and commissions
