Empire Today is seeking proactive individuals to meet face-to-face with customers in their homes and assist in finding the best flooring products for their needs. You will work with hot leads within a 1-hour radius, generated from customers who have called for in-home estimates, and leverage the strength of our well-known brand to generate additional referrals and prospects.

• 100% commission + bonuses
• Average first-year earnings between $50k - $70k; top performers earn over $100k

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle capable of carrying sample boards
• Valid auto insurance
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments
• Proficiency with tablets and laser measuring devices
• Professional presentation, including in Empire-branded apparel
