This position is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in experiential retail, and is genuinely excited by the world of fragrance.

About the Role

As a Fragrance Associate, you will be the face of Napa Fragrance—welcoming guests into our space, guiding them through our fragrance collections, and leading groups of 2-10 guests through fragrance blending classes with ease and enthusiasm. You’ll help translate our values of clean fragrance formulation and reusable design, while crafting personalized luxury home products to create memorable moments for our customers.

About

Napa Fragrance

Napa Fragrance is a brand of fine fragrance products for the home, centered on clean fragrance composition and elevated base ingredients. Our fragrances are developed without parabens and phthalates, while preserving the depth, structure, and elegance expected of luxury fragrance.

Rooted in craftsmanship and care, Napa Fragrance values artistry alongside thoughtful, low-waste design. Our upcoming product line is designed to be reused, refilled, recycled, and repurposed—supporting a slower, more intentional connection with fragrance—one meant to be lived with, not rushed.

We are launching with naturally fragrant beeswax taper and pillar candles, soy and coconut wax candles, jojoba hand soap, and fine mist room spray, with reed diffusers and bar soaps releasing soon. We also host fragrance blending classes at our Napa studio, inviting guests to learn the art of fragrance composition and create their own custom home fragrance products.
