Join the Napa Valley Wine Train as a Line Cook. Work in paradise on an iconic, luxury experience that has been a staple in Napa's Wine Country for over 30 years.

A day in the life: as a Line Cook, you are on the front lines with excellent fine dining customer service experience. You will prepare and cook for our guests on our various train experiences from legacy, lunch, and dinner train, and for our seasonal experiences and private events. Your friendly, energetic, and professional personality will help ensure our guests' stay is memorable.

• Prepare and cook for guests on our various train experiences (legacy, lunch, and dinner trains) and for seasonal experiences and private events.
• Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety during service.

• 2 years of proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook.
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
• Familiar with industry’s best practices.
• Culinary school diploma is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a small space, fast-paced environment, and on a moving train.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be available for day or evening, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Serve Safe (or ability to obtain certification).
• Speak and read English – minimum.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to provide documentation to legally work in the United States.

Salary range: $23-$25 (Plus gratuity incentives).
