Seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to assist at prominent winery here in Napa Valley. This is a part time role with opportunities to increase as we move into the busier season.
Job duties to include:
- Assisting Estate Chef with day to day prep
- Executing various food experiences for our tasting room
- Cheese and charcuterie prep/plating
- Collaborating on upcoming menu ideas/ R&D
Preferred Experience:
- Working in restaurants/wineries but willing to meet and potentially train the right candidate
- Knowledge and understanding of basic cooking, knife and kitchen procedures required
- Current Food Handlers Card
