Our restaurant ALBA Bar & Cafe is open daily for breakfast, and small bites in the evening at the Bar. We also have (3) private rooms for banquets & catered events.

Come work and be part of the Alba / RTI (River Terrace Inn) team. Our Napa River waterfront location includes 114 rooms, a fitness center and home to the ALBA Restaurant. The RTI isije located within walking distance of restaurants, the Culinary Institute of America, Oxbow Public Market, the Napa Valley Wine Train & many other fun‑filled attractions.

River Terrace Inn

The Server is responsible for serving food and beverages to guests in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. All functions are carried out to maintain an environment of teamwork. As a server, you will report to the Assistant F&B Manager and the General Manager. This is a Part‑time position; please expect some weekend and evening shifts.

We are looking for individuals with a positive, service‑driven attitude who are looking to be part of creating exceptional experiences for our guests! This role requires high energy, attention to detail, a welcoming personality, and a big smile. To be successful as a Server at the Alba Restaurant located inside the River Terrace Inn, you must[user] possess prior restaurant serving experience, a professional appearance and attitude, familiarity with restaurant terminology, and the ability to respond and Pilipinas interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.

Willing and able to work a flexible schedule is a must.
