Quality Assurance Technician
Team 360 Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated Quality Assurance Technician to join our client’s team. This role supports a warehouse operation that produces premium frozen fruit and vegetable purees. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in Food Science or Quality Assurance who are looking to grow their career in food manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:- Quality Control and Laboratory Support
- Receive, log, and analyze production and raw material samples
- Assist with finished product evaluation and new product sample preparation
- Review Certificates of Analysis and verify product compliance
- Documentation and Records Management
- Maintain production records, traceability documentation, and ERP system data
- Prepare finished product releases and Certificates of Analysis
- Ensure accurate digital and physical recordkeeping for quality and compliance
- Food Safety and Supplier Quality
- Support supplier approval and verification programs
- Assist with supplier documentation review, audits, and risk assessments
- Help investigate quality issues and support corrective actions
- Inventory and Operational Support
- Review shelf life and expiration dates of raw materials and ingredients
- Assist with inventory hold decisions and documentation review
- Support lab organization, supply management, and sample storage
- Customer and Administrative Support
- Complete customer documentation requests and surveys
- Maintain product documentation and customer-required records
- Assist with customer complaint investigations and follow-up actions
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in quality assurance, food manufacturing, or similar regulated industry
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety systems, and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and database systems
- Ability to work in a production, laboratory, and warehouse environment
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
