• Full-time, 1.0 FTE
• Rotating Monday – Friday schedule
• Hospital-based position
• Group size: 6 providers, including physicians and advanced practice providers, fostering a collaborative, supportive, and collegial environment

Requirements include AMCB certification, active DEA, CA State RN/ARNP license, and certification from an accredited Nurse Midwifery program. The practice focuses on inpatient care and works closely with OB/GYN providers.

Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and 5 weeks of paid time off annually (vacation, holidays, CME).

Compensation ranges from $165,659 to $195,910 per year. This includes potential bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other cash compensation. Additional benefits include a CME allowance. Salary figures are in accordance with state law and may vary based on various factors.
