• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
• Effective communication in English
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
• Ability to retain up to four orders at once
• Strong organization and time management skills

• Clean community areas and resident apartments, including vacuuming, dusting, and sanitation
• Maintain linens, change beds, and ensure supplies
• Deep cleaning as needed, focusing on carpets, fixtures, and windows
• Launder linens and follow safety procedures

• Greet residents and serve meals and beverages
• Review menus, take orders, and serve food
• Assist with tray delivery and table sanitation
• Perform side work and assist in other duties as needed
