$55.00/hr - $60.00/hr

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with a patient ratio of 1:2.
• Assist with procedures such as chest tube insertion/removal and care for ventilated patients.
• Work in various ICU settings, including Cardiovascular, Medical, Neuro, and Surgical Intensive Care Units.
• Manage patients with acute conditions such as CVA/Acute Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury, and post-neurosurgery care.
• Implement infection prevention measures and isolation precautions.
• Participate in interdisciplinary support with services such as Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and more.
• Work on a self-scheduling basis, with weekend shifts required every other or every third weekend.
• Float between like units as needed and participate in on‑call duties.

• Experience with respiratory/thoracic care, including hypothermia protocol and ICP monitoring.
• Proficiency in infection prevention and isolation precautions.
• Preferred skills in CVICU, Neuro ICU, and post‑craniotomy management.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting.
• Experience with a patient ratio of 1:2.
• Proficiency in using the Epic charting system is preferred.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
• Travel experience is not required, but first‑time ICU nurses are welcome.
