We are seeking a detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our exceptional Housekeeping team.

This position plays a key role in ensuring each guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and luxurious stay.

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathroom
• Replenish amenities and linens according to Forbes luxury standard
• Perform evening turndown service, including refreshing towels, tidying the room, and preparing the bed for the night
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs with professionalism, warmth, and discretion
• Greet guests in a courteous manner if present in the room and accommodate reasonable request
• Communicate room status and maintenance needs to the appropriate department
• Uphold all cleanliness and safety standards, following property procedures and guideline

• Limpiar y mantener las habitaciones de los huéspedes, incluyendo tender camas, quitar el polvo, aspirar y sanitizar baño
• Reponer amenidades y ropa de cama de acuerdo con los estándares de lujo Forbe
• Realizar el servicio nocturno (turndown), incluyendo refrescar toallas, ordenar la habitación y preparar la cama para la noche
• Anticipar y responder a las necesidades de los huéspedes con profesionalismo, calidez y discreción

• Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury or Forbes-rated hotel preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high presentation standard
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skill
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and guest-focused mindset
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holiday

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
• Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pound
• Comfortable using cleaning equipment and handling cleaning products safely
