Overview

Alila Napa Valley is a luxury boutique resort nestled in the heart of California wine country and proudly recognized as a Forbes Four-Star property. We are seeking a detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our exceptional Housekeeping team.
This position plays a key role in ensuring each guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and luxurious stay.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathroom
- Replenish amenities and linens according to Forbes luxury standard
- Perform evening turndown service, including refreshing towels, tidying the room, and preparing the bed for the night
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs with professionalism, warmth, and discretion
- Greet guests in a courteous manner if present in the room and accommodate reasonable request
- Communicate room status and maintenance needs to the appropriate department
- Uphold all cleanliness and safety standards, following property procedures and guideline

- Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury or Forbes-rated hotel preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high presentation standard
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skill
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and guest-focused mindset
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holiday
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pound
- Comfortable using cleaning equipment and handling cleaning products safely
