We’re looking for an experienced Tasting Room Manager to lead our hospitality operations Friday through Sunday and on holiday Mondays. This is a highly visible and guest-facing position perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, story-driven environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the tasting room team and ensure smooth daily operations
- Create a warm, elevated, and welcoming environment for all guests
- Manage reservations and private group tastings
- Train and mentor staff on service standards and wine knowledge
- Maintain inventory, point-of-sale, and cleanliness standards
- Support wine club sign-ups and direct-to-consumer sales goals
- Minimum 4 years of tasting room experience OR 2+ years in a management role
- Deep knowledge of wine, especially Napa varietals
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable with POS systems and winery CRM software (e.g., Wine Direct, Tock, etc.)
- Passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and storytelling
- Competitive hourly rate: $25-28/hr (depending on past experience) plus wine club commissions and tips
