** As an Occupational Therapist, Your Role Will Include:** - Evaluating residents and crafting individualized treatment plans - Delivering evidence-based occupational therapy interventions - Collaborating with Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams - Accurately and promptly documenting treatments and progress - Supporting residents in achieving maximum functional independence
** Qualifications We’re Looking For:** - Active California Occupational Therapist license - Preferred experience in skilled nursing or post-acute settings - Strong clinical and communication skills - Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
