A leading diagnostics company in Napa, CA seeks a Phlebotomist I to collect specimens and process them according to established procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and phlebotomy certification, have excellent communication skills, and ideally one year of phlebotomy experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM, with rotational weekends, and the pay range is $23.55 – $28.05 per hour, plus eligibility for annual performance bonuses.
