- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association - Upon hire:
Washington Registered Nurse License. - Upon hire:
National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics - 1 year of Nursing experience.

Specialty certification related to practice, PALS and/or NRP certification (for Relief Charge Nurse) - Upon hire:
Specialty certification related to practice (for Relief Charge Nurse)
