About Stretch Med Napa

Stretch Med is a 1-on-1 assisted stretching model with a mission to eliminate chronic pain, increase mobility, rejuvenate, and help clients move well. Our proprietary stretch protocols are built on over 50 years of experience in fitness and wellness, combining PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) and static stretching. Each session ends with percussion therapy, enhancing recovery and relaxation.

We are opening a brand-new Stretch Med location in Napa, California, and are looking for a motivated and capable Studio Manager to lead operations, drive sales, and build a thriving wellness community.

This role includes a $70,000 base salary plus bonus and commission. Additional benefits include profit‑sharing opportunities based on studio performance, career growth opportunities including potential for multi‑unit leadership, fifty percent reimbursement for health insurance, two weeks of paid time off, and full training to become a Certified Stretch Therapist if not already certified.

As Studio Manager you will perform assisted stretch therapy sessions and lead a team of therapists to ensure consistent, high‑quality service. You will oversee client satisfaction, retention, and results. You will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day studio operations according to Stretch Med protocols and franchise standards. This includes scheduling, studio cleanliness, retail management, and reporting.

You will recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team of stretch therapists and front‑desk staff. Leading team meetings, coaching, and creating a strong culture of service and accountability will be central to your role.

Driving sales performance and accountability across the team is expected. You will oversee lead follow‑up, membership sales, and conversion metrics. You will also plan and execute marketing and outreach initiatives, including local pop‑up events, grassroots marketing in the Napa community, building affiliate and business‑to‑business relationships, and coordinating with marketing partners on social media and digital campaigns.

Candidates should have a certification, license, or degree in exercise science, kinesiology, massage therapy, physical therapy, corrective exercise, yoga, or a related field. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential. The ability to drive sales and meet business goals is required. Candidates must be comfortable facilitating assisted stretching sessions, which requires manual dexterity and physical strength. Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary, along with the ability to reliably commute to Napa, California.

Previous stretch therapy experience is preferred but not required, as full training will be provided.

This is a full‑time position requiring 40 hours per week. Typical hours will include day and afternoon shifts, Monday through Friday, with some weekend availability required.
