Base pay range$18.00/hr - $23.00/hr
OverviewLocation:
Mostly in the city of Napa, and occasionally Yountville and St Helena.

- Part-time: 4-6 hours daily (potential to become full-time)
- Weekend availability is a must!
- Caregiver drivers for medical appointments and outings (must have own vehicle, up-to-date registration and insurance)

What You Will DoImplement personalized care plans, assist with activities, and provide exceptional care, treating clients like family to enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional in-home care
- Follow personalized care schedules
- Perform daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care, mobility, light housekeeping, and meals
- Maintain safety and client enjoyment
- Document tasks and report changes in client condition
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience (less than 1 year disqualifies)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Experience with Alzheimer's or Dementia is a plus
- Empathy, compassion, kindness
- Sound judgment and calmness in situations
- Reliability and punctuality
- Basic computer skills
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass background check and provide references
