Mostly in the city of Napa, and occasionally Yountville and St Helena.

• Weekend availability is a must!
• Caregiver drivers for medical appointments and outings (must have own vehicle, up-to-date registration and insurance)

Implement personalized care plans, assist with activities, and provide exceptional care, treating clients like family to enhance their quality of life.

• Deliver exceptional in-home care
• Follow personalized care schedules
• Perform daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care, mobility, light housekeeping, and meals
• Maintain safety and client enjoyment
• Document tasks and report changes in client condition

• Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience (less than 1 year disqualifies)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Experience with Alzheimer's or Dementia is a plus
• Empathy, compassion, kindness
• Sound judgment and calmness in situations
• Reliability and punctuality
• Basic computer skills
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass background check and provide references
