** Responsibilities
* ** Evaluate residents’ functional abilities and create individualized treatment plans.
* Deliver high-quality therapy to promote independence and improve daily living skills.
* Work collaboratively with Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, and nursing staff.
* Document progress accurately and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
* Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy techniques and care strategies.### ###
** Qualifications
* ** Current
** California Occupational Therapy license** (required).
* Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but not required.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.### ###
