Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Home Health Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions. Qualifications- Licensed Physical Therapist in the respective state
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
- Experience in patient care and home care
- Knowledge of medicine related to physical therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in home health care is a plus
