The Department of State Hospitals – Napa Registry Department is currently accepting applications for Permanent Intermittent Licensed Vocational Nurse. To maintain a position in the Registry, all permanent intermittent employees are required to work a minimum of twelve (12) 8-hour shifts per calendar month, at least six (6) of which must be weekend shifts. Three (3) major holidays and three (3) high-need days per calendar year must be worked (requirements defined in Registry Guidelines).

These minimum requirements are based on current operational need and may be subject to change.
