Teachers looking for a summer job in Napa are invited to apply for our Giants Baseball & Softball Camp at Justin-Siena High School.

Educators help lead campers ages 4–13 through baseball and softball drills while building teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship.

Monday–Friday, approximately 8 hours per day Season:
June 8 – August 14, 2026 Campers:
Ages 4–13

Position Overview

As a Giants Baseball & Softball Camps Educator
, you will guide campers through daily baseball and softball activities that combine skill instruction with mentorship and character development.

You will work closely with Site Directors and fellow staff members to ensure campers have a safe, engaging, and memorable camp experience.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead campers through baseball and softball drills and games
  • Teach fundamental skills such as throwing, hitting, and fielding
  • Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behavior
  • Maintain a safe and organized camp environment
  • Provide constructive feedback during drills and games
  • Identify teachable moments to help campers grow
What We’re Looking For

Successful candidates typically:

  • Have experience working with children ages 4–13
  • Are comfortable demonstrating baseball or softball fundamentals
  • Enjoy teaching and mentoring young students
  • Bring positive energy and enthusiasm
  • Communicate well with children and staff
  • Demonstrate reliability and professionalism

Ideal backgrounds include:

  • Elementary School Teachers
  • Middle School Teachers
  • Physical Education Teachers
  • Substitute Teachers
  • Credentialed educators
  • Teachers who have coached or played baseball/softball
Schedule & Commitment
  • Approximately 8-hour camp days
  • Camps run weekly from June 8 – August 14, 2026
  • 3–5 week commitment preferred

Candidates must have reliable transportation and pass a background screening
