Nature’s Way Montessori is seeking a Primary Montessori Guide (Junior Teacher) to join our community immediately
. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a guide newly graduated from training or early in their Montessori journey who is eager to grow under the mentorship of an experienced Lead Teacher.

This is a non-administrative teaching role focused on observation, lesson practice, and deepening Montessori pedagogy within a well-established Primary classroom.

As a Junior Montessori Guide, you will:

• Give individual and small-group lessons at the discretion of the Lead Teacher
• Explore and practice lessons from your Montessori albums within a supportive, mentored environment
• Observe children closely to understand readiness, interests, and developmental needs
• Support the daily work cycle and contribute to a calm, beautiful prepared environment
• Model grace, courtesy, and respect for the child and the work

• A Montessori guide fresh out of Primary training (AMS or AMI)
• A developing guide seeking mentorship before stepping into a Lead role
• A thoughtful, observant educator who values collaboration and growth
• Someone excited by the future possibility of leading their own classroom

• Start Date: Immediate
• Term: 12-month position
• Compensation: $25–$28 per hour, depending on experience and training
• Schedule: Full-time
