With the fantastic supportof our midwifery service and the OB Hospitalist program at Queen of the Valley Hospital, you'll be practicing in the beautiful Napa Valley,surrounded by stunning vineyards and breathtaking landscapes in the heartof wine country. As our new physician, you'll dive into OB hospitalistcoverage while also caring for general OB/GYN patients in a convenientlylocated office right next to the hospital.

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
• Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5-6 weeks per year of time away from practice fromvacation/holiday/CME time
• Shareholder track opportunity starting in year 3 with additional perksand annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career

• Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month and robust student loan repayment program up to $120,000 available for qualifying candidates
• Compensation is between $373,125 and $408,125 per year

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation andmay include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance,hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms ofcash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
