- Board Eligible or Certified in Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted CA license, or attain CA license
- Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB (no active suits or unresolved cases)
- Willing to relocate, if necessary

Salary Range: $451K - $497K + wRVU bonuses + full benefits
