The Role

As Accounts Senior Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse client portfolio while playing a key leadership role within the firm. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing your own portfolio of clients across a range of sectors
Advising clients on both corporate and personal matters
Supervising, mentoring and developing managers and wider team members
Building your personal brand and professional network across Cheshire
Driving fee growth within your portfolio and achieving annual targets
Ensuring compliance, quality standards and deadlines are consistently met
Contributing to wider firm projects and strategic initiatives
About You

You will be an ambitious, commercially minded professional with strong leadership capability.

You will be:

Experienced in client management within an accountancy practice (or very close to stepping into full portfolio ownership)
Qualified ACA, ACCA OR CIMA
Genuinely ambitious, with a clear desire to progress to Director/Partner
Commercially focused, confident in growing fees and developing client relationships
A strong communicator, networker and relationship builder
Highly organised, proactive and motivated to deliver results
A capable and supportive team manager, focused on both delivery and development
