Morgan Hunt is working in partnership with a specialist land‑based college in Crewe that provides vocational education and training for learners aged 16+. The college offers hands‑on programmes in agriculture, horticulture, animal care, countryside management and other land‑based industries, equipping students with practical skills for meaningful careers.

Structured pastoral care and behavioural support help learners stay engaged, safe and on track with their studies and work placements.

  • Work closely with tutors, vocational instructors, therapists, employers and families to deliver personalised support strategies.
  • Contribute to and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and EHCP targets.

  • Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in both academic and practical sessions.
  • Share best‑practice strategies with colleagues to enhance SEND and behaviour support provision.
