Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to manage the UK Group travel booking processes and support fleet administration, while also providing assistance to the Office Services team. This multifaceted role includes being the key point of contact for travel and fleet-related inquiries, liaising with suppliers, managing essential administrative processes, and supporting sustainability efforts such as carbon reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administration and day-to-day operations of the Pool Fleet.
  • Support fleet drivers and address related queries.
  • Manage fuel card issuance and respond to driver inquiries.
  • Assist employees with travel bookings, ensuring compliance, and serve as the TMC super-user.
  • Liaise with the UK leasing provider and oversee the license checking system.
  • Maintain and report on vehicle tracking systems.
  • Provide reception cover on a rotational basis.
  • Support carbon reporting by gathering relevant fleet and travel data.
  • Monitor and identify goals for the reduction of our GHG emissions from our own operations.
  • Drive porcine and bovine genetic improvements which support productivity gains and improve feed efficiency, enabling a reduction in the production of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions per unit of milk or meat produced.
  • Identify facility and other opportunities for reductions in GHG emissions, consistent with our goals.
  • Partner and advocate for policies that advance positive climate goals and identified United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
