Provide customer service to staff and visitors at a government transportation location by following site-specific procedures, access requirements, and/or emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, transit-related areas, parking lots, and perimeter zones to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns;
Monitor designated posts, checkpoints, and/or surveillance systems for unusual conditions, and report observations according to post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, coordinating with site leadership, and notifying public emergency services when needed;
Complete thorough incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation, and communicate key information to Allied Universal leadership and oncoming personnel
