Housekeeping Manager

Overview

The Wauwinet, a Relais & Chateaux hotel and proud member of White Elephant Resorts, a collection of award-winning boutique hotels and luxury resorts located on Nantucket, Massachusetts, Palm Beach, Florida, and Aspen, Colorado, is currently accepting applications for the year-round management position of Housekeeping Manager, to oversee all housekeeping operations for The Wauwinet. This position involves managing, training and overseeing the performance of all housekeepers, housekeeping supervisors and housemen.

• The Housekeeping Manager is a year-round position for benefits purposes working 10 months of the year March 1st – December 31st. This position begins March 1, 2026.

• Oversee all housekeeping operations for The Wauwinet.
• Manage, train and supervise the performance of all housekeepers, housekeeping supervisors and housemen.

• Experience with computers and Microsoft Office essential.
• Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume housekeeping operation with management/supervisory experience in a hotel/resort environment.
• Applicants should work well under pressure, possess excellent communication skills, be organized, flexible with schedule, self-motivated, and have a great sense of humor.
