* Direct and coordinate the delivery of comprehensive pharmacy services within the hospital
* Optimize drug therapy through identification, resolution, and prevention of medication-related problems
* Supervise and verify the accuracy of work performed by pharmacy support personnel during assigned shifts
* Ensure compliance with formulary management, target drug programs, medication management initiatives, and adverse drug event monitoring
* Document and report clinical interventions, medication errors, and adverse drug events
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support safe, effective patient care
* Participate in departmental quality improvement and performance initiatives
* Adhere to all pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including Board of Pharmacy standards
* Perform additional duties as assigned to support hospital operations and patient care
* Licensed Pharmacist in the appropriate state (or eligibility for licensure)
* Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to medication safety and quality care
* Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-based environment
* Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
* Practice meaningful, hands-on pharmacy care in a community-focused hospital
