Volunteer Drivers and Hospitality Volunteers

As a Volunteer Driver, you would be providing transportation services to the guest artists to and from their respective hotels and the Nanaimo Airport or the ferry terminals.

Responsibilities include:

monitoring travel arrangements, tracking changes in flight arrival/departure details, assisting with loading an unloading luggage and instruments as needed, and ensuring timely arrival and providing a welcoming environment for artists. A reliable vehicle suitable for transporting people, baggage and musical instruments, valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are all required. Strong communication skills are also required. You would need to available one or two days a month;

transportation requests are limited to the hours between 9AM and 7:30 PM.
