Join WOW! mobile boutique as a full‑time Sales Associate at the Woodgrove Shopping Centre in Nanaimo, BC.

Location: Woodgrove Shopping Centre, Nanaimo BC

Compensation: $17.85/hr + uncapped commission

Hours: 32–40 hrs/week; available evenings & weekends to cover mall hours

• Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.
• Consistently network, creating and maintaining a prospective client list using our CRM tool.
• Generate awareness within the mall as an ambassador for WOW! and our carriers.
• Deliver personalized, unbiased advice that upholds our brand promise.
• Consistently achieve all key business metrics.
• Offer a best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Participate in documented coaching conversations.
• Manage inventory, receipt, labeling and security.
• Maintain merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards.
• Open & close the kiosk and complete any daily operations tasks.
• Complete all required training modules and stay current on promotions and policies.
• Manage cash, point‑of‑sale and inventory systems.
• Manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and adapt easily to change.

• Be Ready: Initiate conversations with mall traffic and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Be Real: Approach each customer uniquely and provide genuine service.
• Customer‑facing experience using a point‑of‑sale system.
• Ready to work evenings, weekends and mall hours.
• Wireless retail or commission sales experience is an asset.
