• Compensation: $17.75 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Central Victoria Veterinary Hospital is currently welcoming a full-time Veterinary Reception, Client Care to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an organized, motivated, and empathetic individual to join us in a very important support role for the entire hospital.

Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, possess good computer skills (or a willingness to learn), a love of pets and their people, and a positive attitude. Familiarity with cash handling would be an asset, as well as excellent customer service skills. You will be the first point of contact for our clients as they walk through the door and the last point of contact as they leave.

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients as they arrive and the last point of contact as they depart.
• Provide administrative support and assist with front desk duties.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, delivering excellent customer service.
• Utilize computer systems with willingness to learn and adapt to hospital software.
• Assist with cash handling as an asset where applicable.
