Terra Nova Medical Clinics is opening a new primary care clinic in Nanaimo and is seeking full-time or part-time Nurse Practitioners to join our growing, provider-centered team. These roles are subject to pending funding approval from the Ministry of Health.

Role Overview
You will build and manage your own patient panel within a collaborative, team-based primary care model. This is a community-focused outpatient role with flexibility to shape your scope of practice and schedule.

Practice Model

• Longitudinal primary care
• Chronic disease management
• Preventive care and screening
• Women’s health and minor procedures (based on interest and training)
• Virtual care as appropriate

Schedule & Lifestyle

• Fully flexible schedule
• Hybrid model available (in-clinic plus virtual care)
• No required evenings or weekends
• Cross-coverage across our provider network so you can take real time off

Compensation

• Competitive NP compensation aligned with BC primary care models

Support Structure

• Large MOA and centralized admin team (billing, IT, HR, management)
