A well-known pulp mill operator in Nanaimo is seeking experienced machinists for a maintenance shutdown from March 16 to 29, 2026. The role requires a Red Seal trade certification and a minimum of 5-10 years of industrial experience. Responsibilities include working 10 hours per day during the shutdown. Compensation is competitive at $55.64 per hour, plus a $200 daily LOA allowance for qualifying individuals.
