Senior Bridge Engineer

This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of bridge and transportation infrastructure projects, including design, rehabilitation, inspections, and seismic retrofit. Projects span standalone bridge design as well as multidisciplinary work supporting transportation and municipal infrastructure teams.

• Lead or support bridge design and structural analysis projects
• Contribute to project management and client relationships
• Support business development and proposal preparation
• Mentor junior and intermediate team members
• Participate in field work and site visits, as required

• P.Eng. (EGBC or eligible to transfer)
• 7+ years of bridge consulting experience
• Strong collaboration and technical communication skills
• Familiarity with Canadian design codes

• Seismic design/retrofit
• Bridge inspections
• Suspension or cable‑stayed bridges
• Provincial transportation client experience
