We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team at Westmark Construction. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing a variety of physical tasks on-site and assisting trades and supervisors as needed. This role plays a key part in maintaining site safety, efficiency, and quality throughout our construction projects. Responsibilities Include:

• Perform a variety of physical tasks as directed by the supervisor.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Clean and prepare job sites, including removing debris and possibly hazardous
  materials.
• Follow all safety procedures as per the guidelines of WorkSafeBC.
• Complete assigned all given tasks in a timely and efficient.

Requirements Include:

• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and performing strenuous tasks.
• .Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality work.
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is an asset, but not required.
