Landscape Construction Crew Leader

Responsibilities

• Prepare and install sod, trees, and shrubs
• Installation of sprinkler systems, pavers, retaining walls, and water features
• Operating various equipment including skid steers, trenchers, and mini excavators
• Training new hires and maintaining a well‑organized job site
• Delegating work to teams of 2–3
• Use of blueprints or site maps accordingly to specs
• Drive/haul machinery and materials
• On‑site clean up as necessary

• Industry experience required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Hardworking attitude with strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn and work as a team
• Be able to pass a drug screen
• Ability to work 8+ hours daily
