Security Officer - Tech Patrol

Position: Security Officer - Tech Patrol Full-Time
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to onsite staff, tenants, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office, data and network support areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes; working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Monitor access control points and verify identification and/or badges as required, assisting with visitor management, deliveries, and vendor check-in per site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including suspicious activity, medical events, and/or facility alarms; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken;
Complete required reports and logs such as patrol activity, incident reports, and shift pass-downs, and communicate security-related observations to site leadership as needed
