Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (Night Shift) – Nampa,

Full‑time, 12‑hour night shift (7 pm–7 am) honsus Birkeland Maternity Center.

• Average 100 deliveries per month
• 20 private LDRP suites
• 2 operating rooms
• 4 NICU beds (Level II, 34 weeks to term)
• Shift coverage also required at the Boise Family Maternity Unit as needed

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide safe, evidence‑based clinical care for laboring mothers and newborns.

Monitor maternal and fetal status, facilitate timely interventions, and transition newborns to appropriate postpartum or NICU units.

Maintain accurate documentation, follow hospital protocols, and participate in continuous quality improvement activities.

• RN license in Idaho (or successful residency establishment within 60 days of hire for multistate license);
  Oregon RN license within 90 days of hire.
• Prior experience in labor‑delivery or postpartum desired.
• BLS/HCP certification.
• ACLS and NRP within six months of hire.
• PALS, STABLE, NCC‑EFM within one year of hire.
