Since 2008, Mana Resources has helped individuals with disabilities live fuller, more independent lives. Through our Residential Habilitation services, we support clients to build confidence, independence, and meaningful community connections.

Current OpeningsNampa & Meridian Weekend
Shifts:
- Day: 6:00 AM-2:00 PM (Sunday)
- Swing: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Sunday)
- Support clients with daily routines and independent living skills (meal prep, personal hygiene, household tasks, and organization)
- Provide medication reminders and assist with health needs
- Cook, clean, and maintain a safe, welcoming home environment
- Transport clients to appointments, shopping, work, and community activities
- Encourage and model positive social skills, communication, and problem-solving
- Help clients build confidence and independence through goal-setting and skill development
- Participate in community outings like movies, restaurants, sporting events, and local activities
- Be a consistent source of encouragement, stability, and support
- Work as part of a team to ensure the best care and outcomes for clients
- Genuinely care about people and want to see them succeed
- Are active, engaged, and present
- Enjoy helping clients build independence and live their best lives
- Bring patience, kindness, and a positive attitude
- Are reliable, consistent, and committed to quality care
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, insurance, and registration
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to complete CPR/First Aid and Medication Certification (we’ll help)
- Most importantly: a kind heart, patience, and a sense of humor
