Current Openings

Nampa & Meridian Weekend

Shifts:

  • Day: 6:00 AM-2:00 PM (Sunday)
  • Swing: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Sunday)
Responsibilities
  • Support clients with daily routines and independent living skills (meal prep, personal hygiene, household tasks, and organization)
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with health needs
  • Cook, clean, and maintain a safe, welcoming home environment
  • Transport clients to appointments, shopping, work, and community activities
  • Encourage and model positive social skills, communication, and problem-solving
  • Help clients build confidence and independence through goal-setting and skill development
  • Participate in community outings like movies, restaurants, sporting events, and local activities
  • Be a consistent source of encouragement, stability, and support
  • Work as part of a team to ensure the best care and outcomes for clients

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, insurance, and registration
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Willingness to complete CPR/First Aid and Medication Certification (we’ll help)
  • Most importantly: a kind heart, patience, and a sense of humor
