Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Clinician schedules may vary based on client needs and availability.)

Position Overview

Mana Resources is seeking a licensed mental health clinician (full-time or part-time) to provide outpatient counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. This position is well-suited for clinicians with experience and interest in family and couples counseling, as well as those who value working within a multidisciplinary agency setting. In-office availability is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families presenting with emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments that incorporate individual functioning, relational dynamics, and environmental influences.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain individualized and family-centered treatment plans in accordance with clinical standards and payer requirements.
  • Deliver services using clinically appropriate, evidence-based interventions within the clinician’s scope of practice.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in the electronic medical record.
  • Collaborate with administrative and clinical team members to support continuity of care and effective service delivery.
  • Participate as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team for clients receiving multiple agency services.
Employment Structure
  • Independent Contractor (1099) position
  • Compensation based on billable service codes, licensure level, and experience
Required Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or higher in Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Active Idaho licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, in good standing and compliant with IDAPA regulations.
  • Demonstrated competence in providing couples and family counseling.
  • Commitment to ethical practice in accordance with applicable licensing board standards.
Additional Requirements
  • ICANS Certification.
  • Successful criminal background check through Health & Welfare.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
  • Timely completion of treatment plans, progress notes, and required clinical documentation per insurance guidelines.
  • Adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
  • Participation in staff meetings, training, and professional development activities.
  • CPR / First Aid Certification (preferred).
