Caregiver – Part‑time (Sevita)

Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community‑based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll join a mission‑driven team and create relationships that motivate us all every day.

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and support those who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Engage participants in community activities and support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve and take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Communicational, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, time‑management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible behaviors.

• Competitive Pay: $15‑$17/hour DOE, Pay on Demand, full benefits package for full‑time employees, including 401(k) with 3% company match.
