• Operate the Doctor’s office as your private independent practice while providing high quality optometric care and services to patients next to an optical dispensary operated by Luxottica.
• Determine and control the professional fee schedule and keep the associated patient revenues for the professional services delivered.
• Provide complete professional autonomy in how you practice, with no company-imposed restrictions, interference, or quotas, and practice within your professional direction.
• Manage and adapt schedules with flexible practice arrangements, including part-time commitments, and options to add to an existing practice schedule.
• Utilize furnished office and well-equipped exam lane(s) included in the rent agreement; use online appointment book and patient recall system to manage patient flow.
• Access start-up support, including brand-provided onboarding materials from first exam.
